Savoury Pancakes
Tasty pancakes topped with bacon and eggs.
Savoury Pancakes
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
2 tbsp. cornmeal
1 tsp. baking powder
1 egg yolk
1/2 to 1 cup of milk
4 tsp. oil
2 tbsp. chopped herbs
pinch of salt
Method:
Mix dry ingredients together including your herbs.
Add all of the wet ingredients at once and mix until smooth.
Fry in a heavy skillet on medium heat with canola oil until golden brown.
Top with bacon and eggs if you like.
